Earthquake in Mediterranean Sea causes panic in Turkish resorts

A 6-magnitude earthquake in the Mediterranean Sea has caused panic along the Turkish coast. Nobody died, but some people got injured while jumping over the windows and balconies in a state of panic, the local authorities announced, cited by RIA Novosti.

The quake was registered close to the resorts in the province of Muğla. Its epicenter was at a depth of 19,6 km.
The earthquake lasted about 30 seconds and caused panic. Many of the residents in the regions where it was felt rushed out of their homes.
The tourists in many hotels in Antalya and Muğla were evacuated.
